| I always leave there feeling very taken care of! I have an old car so besides going into the shop for whatever is currently needed, I count on them to take the time to look ahead and let me know what will likely need to be addressed next. Besides knowing what they are doing on Subarus (and that's hard to find), clear communication, never doing anything on the car without discussing things first, always clarity around the costs of things and just simply being personable and kind all add up to "feeling taken care of" experience. |
