| I went to another facility and had some work done. Then my key-fob died and I went to the dealership to get a new one and they told me I needed a new battery. That is when I decided to come to Best Auto! They helped me out, even though I had no appointment. Before they would replace the battery they indicated that they would do an electrical system test to see if it was just the battery. It was and the Best Auto price was less than the dealership, plus they also let me know that I needed at least 2 tires. Guess where I will get the tires -- Best Auto! Thank you to Tom and the professional team he has. |

| I am happy that Best auto is so close and I don't have to make a trip to Allentown to get my Subaru serviced. The staff is friendly and they will give you ride and come and get you when your car is done. No dealer would do that. I would recommend Best to anyone that wants to get there car repaired. they are the Best. Debbie |

| I take my 2006 Subaru Forrester for service. I am glad that they are so close and that I don't have to make a trip to Allentown. There staff is very friendly and they make you feel valued as a customer. I would recommend them to my family and friend's. Keep up the good work. |

| A year ago, my 1996 Toyota Corella had a flickering left tail light. Annoying and a problem in the making. Over the course of the year, I have been to two nationally-known service centers both of whom advised me to go to the dealer to get the correct electrical housing for the bulb or try the junkyard to get a replacement part. Not the answers I was looking for from any auto service professional. In fact, the last one I went to about three months ago, the housing for the bulb blew frying it and the wiring while they were looking at it. Oops. Coincidence or not, I was now stuck with more than just a faulty bulb problem. I now had a car with a burnt out tail light and damaged electrical wiring on a car I do my daily commuting with. A traffic citation just waiting to happen me in the path of any state traffic after sundown. I am told about Best Auto in Tannersville. I take the car to them. They look at and advise me they can repair it. No trying trying find a nearly 10 year-old part the dealer, no hunting in a junkyard. Best Auto repaired the bulb housing, the electrical wiring and replaced the bulb the same day and at a fair price. Even more, they did a 60,000 mile check-up on the car and went through the car thoroughly. They patiently showed me on paper samples of the fluids, the brake conditions, battery, spark plugs and even commented on the tires. My questions were answered about my car even before I could think of them. In my nearly 15 years living here in the Poconos, no car professional has so patiently and expertly explained my car's condition to me in a manner that did not include dollar signs flying out my wallet. Best Auto has my business from now on. Thank you. |

| Tom and Lisa truly put the customer experience front and center. From check in, your greeted by friendly staff at the front desk. Throughout the process you are notified of all costs upfront and upon getting service done, you are presented with your old parts to review. Best Auto does an excellent job in ensuring they "know you". It really is nice to walk into a business and your welcomed on a first name basis. Their service is on par and even better than going to a dealer. Any issues\concerns are addressed promptly. I have been a Best Auto customer for many years. I wish more establishments were run with the same care and attention as Best Auto. I definitely recommend that you try them out. |
