| My daughter, spending the summer in the Poconos, noticed an abnormal sound in her car. After a discussion with her and an online search for repair shops near her, I called Best and spoke with a helpful young man (Rob, I believe) who arranged to evaluate and repair the car. I have moderate auto repair knowledge and get nervous with an out of town repair shop with whom I have no history. While it did take a few days to obtain parts, apparently the brake repair was successful, the price reasonable,and my daughter seemed impressed with the shop and it's personnel. All's well that ends well and yes, I would recommend them in the future. |
